Position Summary:
This position is responsible for maintaining control of valet dispatch work area to ensure guest vehicles are properly documented and promptly delivered.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:
Inputs guest vehicle information into CVPS valet software system
Files and retrieves keys and parking tickets upon customers request
Assist guests with completing lost claim forms, as needed
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists guests with directions and property information, as needed
Assists with locating lost vehicles in valet
Maintains and organizes work area
Minimum Education and Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
One year of general clerical experience
Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable through the company carrier
Competencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good organizational and multi-tasking skills
Basic computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
Training Requirements:
Thorough understanding of CVPS valet software system
SMART alcohol awareness
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Office work environment
Must be able to sit in front of computer screen for extended periods of time
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
