Position Summary:

This position is responsible for maintaining control of valet dispatch work area to ensure guest vehicles are properly documented and promptly delivered.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:

• Inputs guest vehicle information into CVPS valet software system

• Files and retrieves keys and parking tickets upon customers request

• Assist guests with completing lost claim forms, as needed

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists guests with directions and property information, as needed

• Assists with locating lost vehicles in valet

• Maintains and organizes work area

Minimum Education and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• One year of general clerical experience

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable through the company carrier

Competencies:  Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Good organizational and multi-tasking skills

• Basic computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook

Training Requirements:

• Thorough understanding of CVPS valet software system

• SMART alcohol awareness

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Office work environment

• Must be able to sit in front of computer screen for extended periods of time

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

• Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
