Supports daily content development, scheduling, publishing, and monitoring across official social media platforms. This entry-level position is intended for early-career professionals with foundational social media experience.
What You Need to Know
Salary: $45,000 annual

Responsibilities
Content Support and Engagement
Draft and schedule content for X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Respond to comments and direct messages with guidance
Track social performance metrics and trends
Trend Monitoring and Research
Identify emerging social trends and contribute ideas to team content planning
Collaborate with creative and editorial teams
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
No prior experience required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience through internships or student roles in social media management
Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe)
Exposure to analytics platforms (e.g., Sprout Social)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Familiarity with major platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube
Strong writing skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively
Other Requirements
This position may require up to 5% travel
This position may require work beyond normal office hours and/or work on weekends
