Job Description:

ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP a leading medical practice in New York & New Jersey is seeking a self-driven and patient oriented Certified Medical Assistant for our Willow Grove office to join our dynamic team. The Certified Medical Assistant role offers an opportunity to work with patients of all ages, encompassing a wide spectrum of care within our vibrant patient community.  Hourly: $20.24/hr

Responsibilities:

• Administer allergy injections and monitor patients
• Perform allergy testing (food, environmental, venom, drug and chemical testing)
• Conduct pulmonary function testing
• Assist physician with patient care
• Complete administrative responsibilities including insurance approvals, data entry, restocking clinical supplies
• Respond to patient calls and messages

Requirements include:

• Completion of a Medical Assistant program is required, with preference given to candidates holding certifications such as CMA or RMA. Alternatively, candidates with any of the following qualifications will be considered: Bachelor's degree in Biology or Emergency Medical Technician certification or Five years of continuous experience working as a Medical Assistant.

• Attention to detail
• Competent working with computers

Schedule:

Monday 8:30am-5:30pm

Tuesday 8:30am-6:30pm

Wednesday 10:00am-6:30pm

Thursday 8:30am-2:30pm

Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

Saturday:(1-2 per month/when physician has hours) 8:00am - 12:00pm
