Join our growing team, in Newark, OH as a Survey Crew Member and launch your career in the field of land surveying and infrastructure development. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals who bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for learning. You’ll work hands-on with GPS and robotic equipment, support experienced survey crews, and gain valuable experience in outdoor fieldwork that contributes directly to impactful projects across our communities.

What You’ll Do:

• Instrument operation (GPS/Robotics equipment)
• Provide assistance to survey crew
• Most of the work is performed outdoors
• Must be able to walk long distances, stand for longer durations and carry up to 50 pounds and work in the outdoors

What You Bring:

• Entry-level position with zero (0) to three (3) years’ experience
• Positive attitude
• Exhibits strong organizational and time management skills
• Models a strong work ethic and is enthusiastic about learning and development opportunities
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Punctual
• Surveying experience is a plus

Salary Range:

The compensation starts at $20.00 hourly and is based on the experience of the candidate.
