Job Description:
The Practice Development Specialist leads the firm's financial professional onboarding, training, and practice development efforts. This role will assist firm leaders with efforts to grow, provide services to Financial Professionals for overall support and enhance our commitment to the Financial Professionals' Client relationship.
Candidate Note: This role is a hybrid role which will require an in-office presence in the Dallas/Fort Worth location OR Kansas City, MO location 3x per week.
