Position Overview
The Senior Strategic Program Manager leads enterprise-level initiatives that drive product strategy, delivery, and transformation across multiple portfolios. This role requires a strong ability to define and execute strategic roadmaps, manage complex programs, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
The ideal candidate is a proven leader with expertise in program management frameworks. They bring a balanced approach—leveraging both traditional and adaptive methodologies—to deliver value at scale. Acting as a strategic partner, they share program leadership with business counterparts, prioritize team success, and excel as a communicator, facilitator, and influencer. They blend strategic thinking with disciplined execution—managing complex programs, defining long-term roadmaps, and creating alignments across diverse business and technology teams. They are future-ready, highly organized, and leverage AI and emerging technologies to optimize program performance and decision-making.

Base Salary Range - $125,000 - $140,000
