Position Details:
The Kobre & Kim Analyst & Litigation Assistant Program consists of approximately 100 Analysts and Litigation Assistants located in New York, Miami, San Francisco, Washington DC, Delaware, Dubai, London, Tel Aviv, Cyprus, Hong Kong, Seoul, Shanghai, São Paulo, British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands. The Program offers an unparalleled opportunity for recent college graduates and young professionals to gain substantive, hands-on experience in law by working alongside lawyers on client matters. Position Details
The Manager will assist with all aspects of the Analyst and Litigation Assistant Program, playing a hybrid role between program strategy and hands-on operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys switching between long-term planning and detailed execution. The individual will be primarily focused on recruiting, alumni relations, and professional development initiatives, while also coordinating day-to-day operations to keep the Program running smoothly. Because the team is lean, the Manager will have a visible impact and the chance to work closely with senior leadership, offering both responsibility and growth.

Additional Information
Hybrid role: Three days per week in the New York office, with potential for travel for recruiting or events.
At the time of posting, the salary range for this role is $110,000– $170,000. This range is based on a full-time work schedule. Other compensation may include an annual discretionary bonus. The successful candidate’s actual salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, qualifications, licensure/certifications, training, skills, and market data.
