As the Manager of Social Digital Content, you will be the driving force behind Anytime Fitness’s organic social media presence. You’ll partner closely with the Director of Social Media as the right hand in bringing our brand into a new era—one that doesn’t look or sound like every other fitness brand, but stands out in the crowded health and wellness space.

You’ll lead the creative strategy and day-to-day execution across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and Reddit—developing content that breaks through, sparks community, and builds cultural relevance. You’ll balance creative instincts with analytical rigor, translating performance data into actionable insights and next-level ideas.

This role calls for a builder: someone who thrives on experimenting, creating, and pushing boundaries while keeping our content rooted in the values of strength, inclusivity, and whole-health support.


 

Purpose/Impact: (Duties & Essential Functions) 

Content Strategy & Brand Presence

  • Lead the creative strategy and execution of Anytime Fitness’s organic brand presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and Reddit.
  • Create platform-specific content that captures attention and drives engagement (short-form video, graphics, photography, copy, etc.).
  • Ideate and bring forward ideas for organic social-led campaigns.
  • Ensure a cohesive brand voice across channels while tailoring for platform behaviors.
  • Partner with Director of Social Media to evolve brand-level vs. local-level content strategies.
  • Stay ahead of cultural moments, social trends, and platform shifts—bringing fresh ideas that help Anytime Fitness stand out.

Content Creation & Execution

  • Ideate, produce, edit, and publish content end-to-end across social platforms.
  • Write compelling, on-brand copy and headlines optimized for each channel.
  • Lead creative briefs for shoots, influencer collaborations, and cross-channel content needs.
  • Manage brand content calendars and ensure timely delivery of assets.
  • Collaborate with AF Ops, SEO, and CRM/email teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and amplification opportunities.

Community & Engagement

  • Oversee reactive community management on brand pages, partnering with agency teams who lead proactive community engagement.
  • Help develop brand-level ambassador/partnership campaigns that keep Anytime Fitness culturally relevant and celebrate our biggest super fans.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports on owned channels.
  • Go beyond numbers—develop insights and recommendations that inform future content and strategy.
  • Conduct annual audits and ongoing optimization reviews.

Key Deliverables

  • Monthly social content calendars
  • Social-first creative assets (short-form video, graphics, copy)
  • Creative briefs for shoots, influencers, and cross-channel campaigns

Qualifications

  • 6–8 years of experience in social media or digital content roles, with proven success in building breakthrough brand presences.
  • Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and Reddit—both best practices and emerging trends.
  • Strong creative skills across video production, copywriting, and editing for social.
  • Proven ability to generate content that connects with communities and drives measurable engagement.
  • Analytical mindset with experience translating data into insights and action.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Comfort navigating fast-paced, always-evolving social environments.

Salary Range: $85k - $95k

WORK SCHEDULE
Purpose Brands LLC, currently observe the following hybrid work model for employees at our Boca Raton (FL), Woodbury (MN), and Seattle (WA) offices:

  • Remote optional: Wednesdays and Fridays

  • On-site days: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays
