Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Cleans the office according to a daily routine
• Clean pantry
• Stock cleaning supplies
• Clean building floors and walls by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them
• Stock pantry food supplies (coffee, tea, sugar, etc.) as needed
• Replenish supplies such as drinking glasses
• Gather and empty trash.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment
• Move and arrange furniture
• Set up, arrange, and remove decorations, tables, and chairs to prepare facilities for events such as banquets and meetings.
• Inventory, cleaning supplies per guidelines provided
• Maintain professional appearance
• Informs the Office Services Team of all activities and any needs prior to the shift’s end

Qualifications

• Additional work consisting of overtime and/or on call duties may be required with this position.
• Strong team player, strategic thinker, demonstrated focus on client satisfaction and awareness to individual team member requirements
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and value for services provided. Develop and maintain positive customer relationship
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
