AMLI Development Company has an opening for a Construction Punch for pre-closing punch work at one of our new construction developments in Dallas/Addison. Candidates must have the necessary skills and tools to perform all different aspects of the construction phase, including but not limited to:

• Light finish carpentry
• Adjustment of cabinet doors.
• Adjustment of interior/exterior doors.
• Drywall repair.
• Tile repair.
• Caulking.
• Window adjustments and replacement.
• Painting.

 Requirements: 

• Maintenance and Repair experience 
• Previous experience in construction is a plus.
