We’re looking for a part-time (20h/week) Workplace Coordinator to ensure a welcoming, safe, and productive workplace. As the main point of contact and culture ambassador, you’ll oversee daily office operations, manage resources and facilities, support local teams, and ensure compliance—all while creating an engaging environment for employees.
Main contact for employees, guests, and vendors
Manage reception, mail, supplies, desks, and access
Oversee maintenance, cleaning, security, and facilities
Partner with IT on hardware, AV, and new-hire setups
Ensure health & safety standards and resolve issues quickly
Support onboarding/offboarding (workspace, badges, swag)
Drive office culture initiatives and events
Share office updates and communications
Act as the go-to expert with a customer-first mindset
Ensure emergency preparedness and safety compliance
Maintain documentation and manage visitor access
Support ergonomic assessments and accommodations
Support office events (all-hands, town halls, trainings)
Manage event communications and logistics
Oversee swag, storage, and inventory
Set up, reset, and support external events as needed
Proven experience in facilities, office management and/or hospitality environment.
Proven success managing vendors and suppliers.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
Comfort working in fast-paced, in-person settings.
