Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee and elevate all aspects of culinary and hospitality operations across multiple food and beverage outlets. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, innovative and high-quality culinary offerings, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will inspire teams, align operations with the company’s brand and growth objectives, and consistently deliver excellence in food, service, and financial performance.

This position is open out of any of our office locations, Vancouver, Los Angeles, Seattle, Phoenix or Chicago.

What Will You Do?

Culinary Leadership & Innovation

  • Design, plan, and evolve menus that reflect customer preferences, dietary requirements, and emerging culinary trends.
  • Collaborate with chefs to ensure the highest standards of food quality, safety, consistency, and presentation.
  • Drive culinary innovation, integrating new techniques, flavors, and concepts to enhance guest experiences.

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee the daily operations of multiple food and beverage outlets, ensuring consistent implementation of brand standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor service levels, staff performance, and overall guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure efficient coordination between culinary and service teams for seamless operations.

Financial & Business Management

  • Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance for all outlets.
  • Implement cost-control strategies while maintaining quality and service excellence.
  • Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Marketing & Brand Growth

  • Partner with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns and events that drive revenue and enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for differentiation and growth.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align culinary and hospitality strategies with long-term business goals.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a diverse team of chefs, managers, and staff across multiple locations.
  • Foster a positive, guest-focused culture that emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
  • Provide ongoing training, development, and career advancement opportunities.

Compliance & Standards

  • Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Conduct regular quality-control reviews to ensure all outlets meet organizational and regulatory standards.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience leading operations across multiple restaurants, hotels, or food and beverage venues.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire and manage large, diverse teams.
  • Expertise in culinary trends, hospitality operations, guest experience, and brand management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, financial performance, and cost-control measures.
  • Strong marketing acumen with experience executing promotions and driving brand growth.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for delivering world-class dining and hospitality experiences.

Salary Range:

$100,000 - $160,000
