Your Role
As our Regional Sales Manager, you will:
Provide leadership and vision to your assigned TricorBraun locations
Instill an accountable, high-performing sales culture across a distributed sales force
Lead and optimize field service operations
Handle all aspects of the P&L to ensure healthy, sustainable growth
Explore innovative revenue streams and expand our reach
Collaborate closely with senior leadership on short- and long-term strategy
Travel overnight as needed to support your team and customers
This leadership role is critical to ongoing growth in the region, and we are seeking a strong successor who can build on existing momentum.
Spanish fluency is strongly preferred to support our diverse customer base and team.
Your Background & Experience
We’re looking for someone who brings:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 5–7 years of sales management experience
Demonstrated success leading sales teams within a consultative, development-focused environment
Expertise in growth strategies, account development, distribution channel management, and business planning
Confirmed ability to build and nurture new business, partnerships, and market opportunities
Experience driving territory performance
Proficiency with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, etc.)
Strong Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Spanish language skills preferred
