Your Role

As our Regional Sales Manager, you will:

  • Provide leadership and vision to your assigned TricorBraun locations

  • Instill an accountable, high-performing sales culture across a distributed sales force

  • Lead and optimize field service operations

  • Handle all aspects of the P&L to ensure healthy, sustainable growth

  • Explore innovative revenue streams and expand our reach

  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership on short- and long-term strategy

  • Travel overnight as needed to support your team and customers

This leadership role is critical to ongoing growth in the region, and we are seeking a strong successor who can build on existing momentum.

Spanish fluency is strongly preferred to support our diverse customer base and team.

Your Background & Experience

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 5–7 years of sales management experience

  • Demonstrated success leading sales teams within a consultative, development-focused environment

  • Expertise in growth strategies, account development, distribution channel management, and business planning

  • Confirmed ability to build and nurture new business, partnerships, and market opportunities

  • Experience driving territory performance

  • Proficiency with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, etc.)

  • Strong Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Spanish language skills preferred
