Territory Manager- Architectural Films

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and professional Territory Manager for commercial/residential architectural films. The right person will enjoy a fast-paced environment, has a passion for sales and business development, and strives to be an integral part of the overall success of the Company.

 

Core Duties:

  • Meet or exceed both revenue and gross profit objectives outlined by management, while maintaining competitive pricing in the marketplace
  • Call on property managers, building engineers, architects, and other trades to create market awareness/sales for XPEL Architectural Films.
  • Grow and manage assigned area business relationships by working with Territory Managers and Market Managers and providing sales summary reports as required.
  • Grow the Architectural Films knowledge of territory managers in the region and to optimize the market engagement and representation of The Company
  • Collaborate with management and cross-functional partners to forecast product sales, create initiatives and set targets within the region
  • Responsible for retaining/ expanding existing company relationships for  Architectural Films within the region
  • Monitor and analyze market usage of our product
  • Perform individual market analyses within assigned area to develop new customer strategies
  • Represent Company in regional/national trade shows as required to further enhance its image and develop additional business
  • Join and attend regional association meeting to grow XPEL Architectural Films awareness and create sales

Basic Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or higher in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years professional sales experience, preferably within the architectural industry
  • Strong people skills, negotiation skills and sales skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must have a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
