Job Summary:

The Lead Installer will provide leadership in process and technique to a group of installers at a location as well as install automotive film on customer vehicles.

 

Core Duties

• Provide leadership in process and technique for other installers
• Install automotive and/or window film with a high level of quality, perfection and efficiency
• Maintain and preserve professional relationships with local XPEL customers, both wholesale and retail
• Transport vehicles to and from XPEL facilities and other third-party locations
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance & punctuality
• Run XPEL’s DAP software and cutting patterns
• Assist with day-to-day operations at their respective location
• Maintaining a clean work area
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 5 years’ experience in paint protection film or automotive window tint installation • Must have a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to comfortably and safely drive high-end vehicles
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity • Must listen and follow instructions well
• Keen attention to detail
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Make appropriate judgments, keeping customer service, safety and time sensitivity a priority
