Job Description:

This position is responsible to the Crew Leader. The job involves cutting the cured bun to remove defects, meet customer requirements and maximize the yield.  Operators are responsible for reporting any and all defects to the Crew Leader. The operator will communicate with the QC personnel daily and maintain all equipment required to complete the task as well as keep a safe and clean work environment.
