Job Description:

Summary
If you’re passionate about helping people navigate difficult moments with clarity and compassion, this role is for you. As a bilingual Legal Intake and Referral Specialist you’ll be the first point of contact for clients seeking legal support—guiding them to the right attorney and making sure their experience is smooth and respectful. You’ll play a key role in translating complex legal language into everyday terms, ensuring Spanish-speaking clients feel heard and understood. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where your attention to detail and empathy will make a real difference every day.

•Monthly Compensation: 1150 to 1220 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Answer incoming calls and route them appropriately to attorneys
•Conduct initial screenings to filter out unqualified prospects
•Refer incorrect prospects and manage all referral partner communications and records
•Schedule paid consultations and process associated payments
•Prepare attorneys with key client details before each consultation
•Follow up with qualified leads until they schedule, and refine follow-up procedures
•Maintain detailed records of all interactions and prospects in the CRM system
•Handle high-maintenance callers to preserve attorney time and uphold the firm’s reputation
•Review call recordings regularly to identify ways to improve conversion
•Create and deliver accurate sales reports on a regular basis
•Help track and evaluate key sales metrics to support firm growth
•Assist in refining automated processes and workflows
•Translate legal information into clear, human language for Spanish-speaking clients
•Support the development of a referral process for non-paying services

Requirements:
•Fluent in Spanish and English
•At least 2 years experience in client-facing or intake roles
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Willingness to be trained by a seasoned team member

Work Shift:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM [PST][PDT] (United States of America)
