From organizing files to preparing legal documents, your work will directly impact clients navigating personal injury claims. •Monthly Compensation: 1,150 to 1,220 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
• Preparing legal documents and assisting with trial preparation
• Conducting legal research and developing case chronologies
• Managing files and organizing medical records and billing summaries
• Supporting litigation efforts and outbound client communications
• Following up with clients and maintaining accurate records

Key Skills
• Strong written communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Legal research and document drafting
• File and record management
• Client outreach and follow-up
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Empathetic and positive in client interactions
• Comfortable with outbound calls and multitasking

Requirements
• 1-2 years of experience in legal support or paralegal work
• Personal injury experience preferred
• Comfortable making outbound calls
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM [EST][EDT] (United States of America)
