Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Press Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of press machinery, ensuring the production of high-quality components. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities

• Operate press machines to produce parts according to specifications and quality standards.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments, including calipers and gauges, to verify dimensions and tolerances of finished products.
• Assemble components and package finished products for shipment.
• Perform routine maintenance on press equipment and troubleshoot any operational issues.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols while operating machinery and handling materials.
• Maintain accurate records of production output and equipment performance.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD software is preferred.
• Experience with Fanuc or similar CNC machinery is a plus.
• Familiarity with welding techniques and tooling processes is advantageous.
• Ability to operate forklifts safely within the manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is desirable but not mandatory.
• Must be able to lift and move materials as required throughout the shift.
