The Part-Time Office & Culture Coordinator plays a key role in creating an organized, energized, and engaging office environment. This position blends day-to-day office coordination with culture-building initiatives—helping ensure the office runs smoothly while bringing energy and connection to the team experience.

You’ll support the heartbeat of the office—owning logistics, helping execute events, and capturing moments that showcase the team and culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Office Coordination

  • Support daily office operations to ensure the space is organized, stocked, and running efficiently
  • Serve as a go-to resource for office needs (supplies, vendors, maintenance requests, shipping, etc.)
  • Manage inventory and restocking of office supplies, snacks, and materials
  • Handle incoming mail, deliveries, and general office logistics
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming office environment

Culture & Engagement Support

  • Assist in planning and executing office events, team activities, and celebrations
  • Partner with leadership and/or culture committee to support employee engagement initiatives
  • Help bring creative ideas to enhance the in-office experience and team morale

Social & Brand Content

  • Capture photos/videos of office moments, events, and team highlights
  • Assist in creating social content that showcases office culture and supports recruiting efforts

People & Guest Experience

  • Greet and assist guests, candidates, and employees—ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
  • Provide general support to team members and leadership as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required
  • Prior experience in office support, hospitality, or coordination roles preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive and resourceful—able to take initiative and follow through
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills
  • Positive, energetic presence with a team-first mindset
  • Interest or experience in social media/content creation is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

This is a part-time role ideal for someone who enjoys creating a positive environment, staying organized, and contributing to a strong, connected office culture.

Looking for someone who can work 5 days a week M-F for up to 28 hours per week.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Standard office environment, usually indoors away from the elements with moderate noise. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Maintain a stationary position for extended periods; move about the office, operate computers and files, as needed; and frequently communicate with others. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee is required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. Occasionally, the employee is required to lift boxes up to 20 pounds. 

SCHEDULING

This is a part-time position; hours will fall within Monday through Friday; 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. This is an in-office role.

TRAVEL

Local travel is required. Out of state travel is limited but may be required for special training, conferences, or company events
