Job Description:
At Job Duck, we are seeking an Intake and Lead Conversion Specialist who will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through the initial stages of their journey with professionalism and empathy. This role is essential in helping clients feel supported and informed while ensuring their goals and concerns are clearly understood. Each day, you will connect with individuals through phone calls, Zoom consultations, and follow-ups, providing clarity about services and encouraging them to move forward confidently. The position blends client care with persuasive communication, making it ideal for someone who thrives on building trust while driving conversions. If you are detail‑oriented, motivated, and skilled at turning leads into lasting relationships, this opportunity offers both impact and growth.
• Salary Range: 1150 USD to 1220 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery
Maintain organized records and ensure all communications are tracked appropriately
Accurately document client information in the CRM system following established procedures and scripts
Identify client goals and concerns with professionalism and empathy
Explain services and processes clearly, ensuring expectations are understood
Support clients after attorney consultations with timely follow‑up for payments and continuation of services
Conduct outreach to web inquiries and leads via phone calls, text messages, and emails
Manage follow‑ups with prospective clients who have not yet moved forward
Handle first contact with potential clients through phone calls and scheduled Zoom consultations
Requirements:
•Office Hours: 8 AM–5 PM CST (US)
•Software: Monday.com, Dialpad, Office 365
•Required Skills:
2-3 years of experience in sales or client‑facing roles
Experience converting leads
High emotional intelligence and empathy
Strong motivation and proactive drive
Clear and fluent English communication skills
Ability to follow procedures and work effectively with CRMs and scripts
Detail‑oriented and organized
Persuasive communication skills
Work Shift:
