The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing our local operations, blending technical skill with a proactive mindset to ensure our new facility remains cutting-edge and efficient. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results while adhering to industry best practices and Cambria’s high standards of excellence.

This position is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair
tasks to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the raw material quartz
processing facility. This role involves troubleshooting equipment malfunctions,
performing preventive maintenance, and assisting with the installation and
repair of various systems and equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform electrical, HVAC, and plumbing maintenance work
  • Perform regular preventative maintenance inspections of the facility
  • Painting / Drywall Repair
  • Office Set-up - tear-down - Furniture Relocating
  • Interior / Exterior lighting replacement
  • Small appliance repair
  • Investigate and service any complaints or concerns involving facility
  • related matters including outdoor equipment
  • Inspect work performed to ensure it meets the required
  • expectations and standards set by the company and leadership
  • Investigate and service any complaints or concerns involving the facility
  • Assist other maintenance employees with projects and tasks
  • Assist with Outside Vendor Management
  • Perform Lockout Tagout
  • Safe handling chemicals
  • Keep work area clean and orderly
  • Perform job duties safely as outlined in the Maintenance
  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  • Ability to successfully plan and complete work orders with minimal supervision
  • Additional duties as assigned by management to ensure that the facility isalways in safe operating conditions

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in facilities maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems;crane, forklift, rooftop unit maintenance experience preferred
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems
  • (CMMS).
  • Knowledge of safety regulations, environmental standards, andOSHA/MSHA requirements.
  • Ability to acquire and retain all necessary safety certifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in industrial or facilities maintenance
  • Systems: N/A

  • Physical Requirements:
  • Work at varying heights, including on the rooftop of the buildings
  • Lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Push/pull 100 lbs.

  • Stand on feet for long periods of time during a shift for up to 12 hours, with intermittent breaks
  • Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by Cambria
  • Participate in daily stretch and flex exercises
  • Work in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions
  • Walk up and down steps multiple times throughout shift
  • Bend over multiple times throughout shift

Task Based Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements:

  • Steel toed boots
  • Hearing Protection
  • Safety glasses
  • Cut-proof gloves
  • Latex gloves
  • Face shield
  • Respirator in dusty areas
  • High visibility vest
  • Respirator (employees who are required to wear a respirator must maintain a clean-shaven face in the area where the respirator seals to the skin.

    Cambria’s starting range hourly for this position is $22.00- $28.00. Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
