Job Description:
This role offers an exciting opportunity to support Job Duck as an Intake Specialist, helping clients feel informed, supported, and guided throughout their legal journey. In this position, the candidate will spend each day connecting with clients, gathering essential information, and ensuring all details flow smoothly through established processes. Someone who thrives in a structured environment, communicates with empathy, and enjoys keeping information organized will excel in this role. The position is ideal for an individual who learns quickly, works independently, and takes pride in delivering a polished and professional client experience. By managing communications, documentation, and CRM updates, this team member will be an essential contributor to the firm’s efficiency and client satisfaction.
● Salary Range: 1150 USD to 1220 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Create timelines, summaries, and case‑related documentation
Answer general client questions and explain processes clearly
Collaborate with internal team members, including virtual receptionists
Share resources and updates with clients and prospective new clients
Convert documents as needed and maintain consistent file formatting
Organize electronic files and ensure all documents are stored appropriately
Respond promptly to client emails
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions
Ask intake questions, gather details, and record information accurately
Learn and manage the internal CRM system
Conduct intake calls with clients and prospective clients
