Job Description:

At Job Duck, we are seeking a Bilingual Personal Injury Legal Assistant to join a growing law practice specializing in personal injury, criminal, and labor law.

This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a detail-oriented environment and enjoys supporting attorneys and clients with precision and care. You will play a vital role in managing client communications, handling case-related tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met with accuracy.

The right candidate will bring legal knowledge, strong organizational skills, and a proactive mindset to contribute meaningfully to the success of the firm. If you are motivated, resourceful, and eager to make a difference in a collaborative legal team, this position is an excellent fit.

• Monthly compensation: 1150 USD to 1220 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Contribute to process improvements and operational effectiveness

  • Collaborate with paralegals and assistants to maintain workflow efficiency

  • Assist with scheduling and coordination of meetings or hearings

  • Contact tax assessors, doctors, and other professionals for case-related information

  • Communicate with clients and provide follow-ups as needed

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain case records in CasePeer

  • Provide bilingual support for client communications and documentation

  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks

  • Support attorneys with case preparation and documentation

  • Answer inbound calls and manage client inquiries

Requirements:

•2- 3 years of experience as a legal assistant

•Law degree required

•Prior experience in personal injury law required

•Software: CasePeer (CRM), MixDeva (VOIP), Microsoft Office Suite
