Job Description:

Job Duck is hiring a driven and client-focused Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective legal clients. In this role, you will manage inbound inquiries, guide high-potential prospects through the intake process, and convert qualified leads into scheduled attorney consultations. You will balance empathy and professionalism with a strong sales mindset, ensuring every interaction is responsive, structured, and conversion-focused. This position plays a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while supporting firm growth through consistent follow-up and accurate intake management. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, performance-driven environments and takes pride in creating smooth, trustworthy first impressions.
 

• Compensation Range: 1,142 to 1,220 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Deliver a professional and seamless intake experience aligned with brand standards

  • Ensure a smooth handoff from intake to the legal team

  • Schedule consultations between prospective clients and attorneys

  • Follow up consistently with prospects to convert consultations into retained clients

  • Assess and qualify leads based on defined criteria and urgency

  • Conduct initial intake conversations using a sales-oriented approach

  • Answer inbound calls, emails, and digital inquiries from prospective clients

  • Draft and send intake and follow-up email communications

  • Track communication history, lead status, and conversion stages

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead and client records in HubSpot CRM

  • Manage calendars and coordinate availability for intake calls and consultations

Requirements:

•Full-time, remote position
• Work schedule aligned with Eastern Standard Time (EST)
• English proficiency required; bilingual skills preferred
• Sales-driven legal intake or client-facing experience required
• High-volume inbound and outbound communication environment
• Software and tools required:
• HubSpot CRM
• Email and calendar management tools
• VoIP or call management systems

Work Shift:

8:30 AM - 5:30 PM [EST][EDT] (United States of America)
