Day in the Life of an Onboarding Experience Coordinator

• Manage the onboarding process to ensure collection of all documents for new hires. 

• Assist Recruiting team in collection of new hire documents. 

• Ensure compliance with personnel files. 

• Assist with maintaining personnel files within HRIS. 

• Ensure new hires have technical assistance to properly set up their employee profile. 

• Provide direction for benefits, payroll, or HR questions. 

• Provide excellent customer service to employees including current and former employees, as well as potential new hires.
