YOU WILL BE:

As an Item Enablement Operations Associate at our Pinnacle Studio, you are a precision-driven professional responsible for the systemic integrity of every luxury item transitioning through our high-volume photo studio. Working hand-in-hand with Sample Assistants, you oversee the flow of all inbound and outbound merchandise through rigorous inventory management and flawless record-keeping of all manifests and transfers. With your expertise in logistics, you possess the hands-on ability to maintain 100% accuracy between physical stock and digital systems, proactively protecting company assets by adhering to strict Inventory Control and Asset Protection standards. By ensuring a gold-standard organization of the sample closet and shipping areas, you play a vital role in enabling the high-quality imagery that defines our global digital storefronts.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Execute the systemic receipt and return of all owned merchandise using the SMA and MAWM systems to maintain 100% inventory accuracy between the warehouse and studio

  • Prioritize the immediate processing of all vendor and owned deliveries to ensure 100% of merchandise is fully received within 2 hours of arrival at the studio

  • Expedite the outbound flow of product by generating accurate shipping labels and ensuring all samples are returned to vendors or warehouses within 48 hours of shoot completion

  • Manage all daily logistics and carrier relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for FedEx, UPS, DHL, and Brinks to ensure the secure and timely transport of luxury goods

  • Monitor inventory health through regular shortage reporting and asset audits to meet strict Asset Protection (AP) and Inventory Control (IC) standards

  • Maintain flawless digital records within internal systems by updating sample locations and photography statuses in real-time to provide total visibility to stakeholders

  • Oversee the physical flow of all samples and owned merchandise to ensure a streamlined production pipeline with zero missing units

  • Verify the accuracy of all manifests and shipping documentation for outbound merchandise, adhering to strict specifications to prevent inventory shrinkage

  • Partner with Sample Assistants, Studios, Warehouses, and Buying Offices to resolve discrepancies and ensure the timely movement of product through the digital lifecycle

  • Organize the unboxing and distribution of daily deliveries, prioritizing high-velocity items to meet aggressive shoot deadlines

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced retail, logistics, or studio operations environment

  • Must demonstrate computer proficiency and the ability to use available technology, including RF guns, package tracking software, and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong follow-up and follow-through skills with a proven ability to prioritize effectively, multi-task, and work independently to take tasks to full completion

  • Ability to work as an integral part of a talented team in an ever-changing, proactive-approach environment while taking direction from Managers and Sample Assistants

  • Must possess the ability to lift and carry boxes up to 30 lbs and maneuver rolling equipment such as carts, racks, pallet jacks, and dollies

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide articulate and organized updates to team members and leadership

  • Demonstrates initiative and a positive "can-do" attitude when troubleshooting inventory discrepancies or logistical roadblocks

  • BA/BS preferred, but not required

  • Prior experience using systemic inventory management tools (SMA, MAWM) and generating carrier shipping labels (FedEx, UPS, DHL, Brinks) preferred, but not required

  • Previous experience in a studio or e-commerce fulfillment environment with a focus on Asset Protection and Inventory Control standards preferred, but not required

SALARY AND OTHER BENEFITS:

The starting salary for this position is between $42,000 – 47,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
