Who is the Associate Marketing Client Services Manager?
The Associate Marketing Client Services Manager (AMCSM) plays a key foundational role in supporting the execution of strategic marketing plans. Working alongside Marketing Account Managers (MAMs) or Marketing Client Services Managers (MCSMs), they coordinate logistics, manage timelines, gather materials, and maintain communication across internal and external stakeholders. This entry-level role emphasizes learning, operational accuracy, and ownership of defined campaign tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Update and maintain trackers, timelines, and documentation for marketing activities
Schedule and coordinate meetings, campaign milestones, and planning cadences
Collect and organize marketing materials and assets
Support campaign kickoff meetings and the proofing/approval process
Collect and manage post-campaign documentation (POP/POE), track ROI and performance metrics, and contribute to campaign recaps
Assist with budget updates, manage claims submissions and receivables tracking.
Maintain consistent communication and follow-up on campaign activities.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field, or equivalent experience
Experience: 1–2 years in marketing, client services, or project coordination (technology/distribution industry a plus)

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $69,300.00 - $110,900.00 per year.The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
