Invesco's self-indexing unit creates equity, fixed income and multi-asset indexes including the indexes behind Invesco's flagship BulletShares range, innovative multi-asset indexes for index-linked insurance annuity products and custom equity index products for use by institutional investors. The team includes Index research, Index operations and Index client portfolio management. The unit is part of Invesco's Solutions group which oversees close to $200B of assets in equity, multi-asset and alternatives and comprises over 160 team members globally, as of the end of June 2025.
About the Role:
The Portfolio Management Associate role consists primarily in supporting Invesco's index creation and management activities, working with existing and prospective internal and external index clients globally, ensuring their needs are met in a scalable way and helping the unit grow. In addition, the role includes supporting the growth of Invesco's systematic equities in North America.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $100,000 - $120,000 / year. The total compensation offered for this position includes salary and incentive pay and will vary based on skills, experience and location.
Pursuant to Invesco’s Workplace Policy, employees are expected to comply with the firm’s most current workplace model, which as of October 1, 2025, includes spending at least four full days each week working in an Invesco office.
