Our 10-week Summer Internship Program, kicking off in June 2026, offers you the opportunity to delve into the dynamic world of client services within a global investment firm. You’ll learn from seasoned professionals, gain hands-on experience, and build lasting connections.
As part of our Summer Internship Program cohort, you’ll participate in orientation, networking events, development workshops, and volunteer activities. You’ll work side by side with talented teams to learn about the business and contribute to meaningful initiatives.

The team manages Invesco’s Private Markets product offerings for the U.S. retail market, with a current focus on supporting distribution and marketing for real estate strategies such as INREIT, INCREF, and IREX. We act as product experts, providing competitive analysis, creating marketing materials, and collaborating with investment teams, sales, and marketing to deliver clear, differentiated messaging. The team ensures exceptional client service and plays a key role in product positioning, content development, and supporting new product launches.
What you’ll do
Competitive Analysis: Conduct research and benchmarking to evaluate competitor strategies and product positioning.
Marketing Material Creation: Assist in developing engaging marketing content that differentiates our products.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with investment teams, sales, and marketing to ensure consistent and impactful messaging.
Client Service Support: Help deliver exceptional client experiences through timely responses.
Content Development: Contribute to creating product-related materials for presentations, reports, and client communications.
Product Launch Assistance: Support new product launches by coordinating tasks and ensuring smooth execution.
Ad Hoc Projects: Participate in special projects that enhance product strategy and client engagement.

Minimum Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program and be a rising Junior graduating by the summer of 2027
Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
All majors are welcomed with an emphasis in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field.
Interest in real estate, investment products, marketing, and strategy.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) for creating product content and interacting with internal/external stakeholders.
Organization and attention to detail for managing multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.
Analytical ability to understand financial markets, investment concepts, and competitive positioning.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to thrive in a small, dynamic team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook. Familiarity with productivity tools like Asana and OneNote are a plus.
Proactive, self-starter mentality with eagerness to learn.
Professionalism and strong interpersonal skills for relationship building.
Adaptability and creativity to evolve messaging and support dynamic client needs.
Must be able to work in one of Invesco’s offices where the program is available.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis. We do not offer any type of employment-based immigration sponsorship for this program. Invesco will not provide any assistance or sign any documentation in support of any other form of immigration sponsorship or benefit including optional practical training (OPT) or curricular practical training (CPT).
Relocation and housing will not be included if an offer is extended
Compensation for this position is $35/hour.
