Job Responsibilities

In the role of a DC Equipment Operator, you will have a vital part in the operations of our distribution center. Your duties will involve:

• Using material handling machinery like forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Loading and unloading trucks with precision and care.
• Picking, packing, and shipping orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Conducting regular equipment inspections to maintain safety standards.
• Assisting with inventory management and cycle counts.
• Collaborating with team members to meet and exceed performance goals.

Hours: Sunday - Thursday 6:30am - 3:00pm with overtime as needed

$21.50 to start and eligible for performance based incentives of up to $5.50/hr for high performers!

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must ideally meet the following requirements:

• Proven experience as a forklift operator or similar role in a distribution center.
• Capability to safely operate different kinds of material handling machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to flawless execution.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work the Sunday through Thursday shift.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
