Job Description Summary:

The Coca-Cola Company is looking for (2) Consultants, Commercial & Retail Operations to support the Advanced Hydration division. These roles will report to the Senior Manager, Commercial & Retail Operations.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:  
 

Commercial & Field Sales Enablement 

  • Support Commercial, Customer Teams, and Franchise Sales by developing tools, driving cross-functional alignment, and maintaining consistent communication routines.  

  • Partner with key stakeholders to ensure teams are equipped with accurate, timely, and actionable resources to execute in market 

  • Provide support for trimester Look of Sight (LOS), merchandising standards, and order of entry processes.  

  • Provide analytical support to identify gaps between program execution and national priorities, delivering insights and recommendations to improve alignment and in-market performance. 
     

PicOS Tool Management & Execution 

  • Lead coordination of monthly Coke PicOS deliverables, including tracking deadlines, validating data inputs, and ensuring accuracy across submissions.  

  • Maintain and support consistent file structures to enable successful monthly uploads.  

  • Organize and upload national account information for the monthly Coke PicOS Tool, ensuring consistency and completeness.  
     

Monthly Planning & Execution Materials 

  • Own the development and continuous improvement of monthly playbooks/sell sheets, driving efficiency and clarity in the process.  

  • Validate sell sheet inputs and collaborate with customer leads to resolve discrepancies across pricing, POS, and programming.  

  • Coordinate and prepare materials for monthly Are You Ready meetings.  

 

Rendering & Planogram Support 

  • Support creation of custom rendering deliverables to meet customer and commercial needs.  

  • Assist in building and updating planograms using EZPOG.  

  • Execute rendering updates and enhancements using Photoshop.  

 

 

Qualifications & Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required  

  • 2–3 years of relevant professional experience  

  • Hybrid presence in Atlanta office required 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)  

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities  

  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership  

  • Collaborative team player with the ability to also work independently  

  • Creative problem-solver with a solutions-oriented approach  

  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Pay Range:

$87,000 - $100,900

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:

7.5

Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
