• HRG roles span applied research, laboratory sciences, engineering, modeling and analytics, and technical program leadership—working closely with operating companies to translate research into real-world impact across construction materials, specialty chemicals, and environmental solutions. THG Corporate teams provide enterprise leadership and expertise in support of a diverse portfolio of operating companies, with opportunities spanning a wide range of business, technical, and people-focused roles. These include:

• IT help desk, Infrastructure, digital, and data & analytics
• Mergers & Acquisitions
• Venture investing and innovation strategy through HG Ventures
