Position Overview:

Field Experience Team | Internal Communications Specialist, Center Of Excellence

Location: Duluth, MN (Hybrid: 3 days on-site, up to 2 days remote)
Duration: 20–25 weeks, Part-time (under 30 hours per week)

Are you passionate about fashion, storytelling through design, and creating engaging content that connects internal teams? The Field Experience Team is looking for a Creative Internal Communications Specialist to join us temporarily.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, fun, and collaborative environment, and is excited to contribute to a team focused on delivering meaningful experiences to our field and corporate office teams.

✨ What You’ll Do:

• Video Creation & Editing: Capture, edit, and produce compelling video content that brings our brand and team stories to life, for internal use.
• Graphic Design: Design visually engaging assets aligned with current graphic trends and brand standards. (Internal communication, field meetings and summits)
• Communications Support: Contribute to the Communication Center of Excellence, focusing on internal communications for the home office.
• Project Execution: Work quickly and efficiently on design and communication projects with tight timelines and high visibility.

🎨 What You Bring:

• A strong eye for design and fashion-forward thinking
• Experience with:
  • Canva
  • Video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro or similar)
  • PowerPoint
  • Camera operation for filming
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• A passion for creating content that connects and inspires
