About the Role
As the experienced and results-driven Gross-to-Net Lead, you will play a critical role in driving financial accuracy and strategic decision-making across our U.S. pharmaceutical portfolio.
You will support contract negotiations and business planning by delivering high-impact insights that shape pricing, access, and revenue strategies.
This role is ideal for a professional with deep expertise in the U.S. payer landscape and a proven track record in Gross-to-Net forecasting, accruals, and strategic analytics.

Knowledge & Experience:
Education / Certifications
The role can be hired at the Senior Manager or Associate Director level based on the candidate's experience, education and job related knowledge.
The annual base salary range for this position at the AD level is $143,250 - $210,000.
The annual base salary range for this position at the Senior Manager level is $112,500 - $165,000.
This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentives program. The pay range displayed above is the range of base pay compensation within which Ipsen expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting. Individual compensation within this range depends on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, prior education and experience, job-related knowledge and demonstrated skills.
