Your main tasks:
In the field of equipment and precision engineering, industrial mechanics produce small components made of metal and plastic.
- Processing of mainly semi-finished products manually or mechanically For this purpose they mainly process semi-finished products manually or mechanically.
- Assembly of self-made components according to work plans and technical drawings for the production of small and extremely precise functioning devices and machines for special purposes in the semiconductor sector
- Commissioning of finished devices and testing of functionality
- Documentation of results and reworking of the devices if required
- Maintenance and repair of tools and machines

Successfully completed secondary school leaving certificate
Good technical understanding
Good manual dexterity
English basic knowledge

Das Tätigkeitsfeld wird sein:
In der Fachrichtung Geräte- und Feinwerktechnik fertigen Industriemechaniker/innen kleine Bauteile aus Metall und Kunststoff.
Manuelle oder maschinelle Bearbeitung von Halbzeuge
Montage von selbst gefertigten Bauteilen nach Arbeitsplänen und technischen Zeichnungen zur Anfertigung von kleinen und äußerst präzisen funktionierenden Geräten und Maschinen für Spezialzwecke im Halbleiterbereich
Inbetriebnahme von fertigen Geräten und Prüfung der Funktionsfähigkeit
Dokumentation von Ergebnissen und Nachbesserung der Geräte bei Bedarf
Wartung und Reperatur von Werkzeugen und Maschinen
Die Anforderungen dafür sind:
Erfolgreich absolvierter Realschulabschluss
Gutes technisches Verständnis
Gutes manuelles Geschick
Englisch Grundkenntnisse
Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Leistungsbereitschaft
