International, Wholesale and Licensing Operations Manager
About the Role:
The International, Wholesale and Licensing division was established to drive enhanced value for both our enterprise as well as each individual brand in KnitWell Group’s portfolio, by expanding consumer touchpoints through countries, categories, and channels. The Operations Manager will be responsible for the KnitWell Group brands’ operational excellence with strategic international wholesale accounts. This role will also include licensing operation duties to ensure partner compliance against financial, factory, and product metrics. This is an opportunity to join a growing team, learn about the different brands in our portfolio, and manage a diverse portfolio of projects and partners. You will work in a start-up environment while being able to access the resources and established infrastructure of a major corporation. This position works on-site at least 4 days per week consistent with the needs of the business at our Talbots office location in Hingham, MA.
