Job Title: Behavioral Health Technician I
Location: Quincy, IL
Department: Clarity Healthcare – Recovery Services
Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
*Must be 21 years old
*On-call as needed

Hourly pay: $16.50 – $17.50 + shift differential ($0.50 – $2.00, if applicable

Key Responsibilities
Collaborative Care: Actively participate in treatment planning and team meetings
Client Support: Assist clients with daily living activities and provide education as needed
Program Monitoring: Ensure clients follow program rules and report behaviors to supervisors
Medication Oversight: Follow medication protocols and coordinate with nursing staff
Admissions & Orientation: Support intake processes including safety checks and specimen collection
Transportation: Provide transportation assistance when needed
Education and Experience Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: At least 2 years of consistent work history
License: Valid driver’s license
Additional Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team setting
Basic computer proficiency
Prior experience in behavioral health or a related field is a plus
