Proposals & Contracts Associate

Under the close supervision of management or an experienced Proposals lead, the Proposals & Contracts (“P&C”) Associate is responsible for supporting the development of proposals and contracts for new and existing business, in consultation with the Sales Team. They gather and provide information for proposals of minimal complexity, as directed.

What we look for

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (Science, Business, Clinical Research) required.
• Basic understanding of the functional relationship between CROs and Sponsors strongly preferred. 
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills required, including strong detail orientation.
• Ability to work creatively and multi-task in a fast-paced environment required.
• Ability to learn quickly and assimilate the detail of project requirements required. 
• Comprehensive knowledge of relevant software (Word, Excel, Outlook) required. Familiarity with CRMs such as SalesForce strongly preferred.
