The Installation supervisor will primarily focus on leading the day-to-day operations and direction of the Installation Team. The ideal candidate is an influential leader committed to maintaining & improving our reputation providing the best quality installations who drives change, while providing best-in-class customer service.

Estimated Salary: $70,304 to $85,000 anually based on qualifications and experience.

Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, and responsibilities.

What you would do:

  • Plan, assign, and oversee installation department’s workflow.
  • Establish & maintain professional, supportive & enthusiastic relationships with 
  • WASH’s sales team
  • Review & report on installation department metrics: schedule of installation costs, 
  • production reports & installation lead times
  • Insure best-in-class quality standards via site visits, location inspections and 
  • customer meetings.
  • Review & update standard operating procedures to insure efficiencies and 
  • professional customer service.
  • Drive system enhancements to promote productivity and customer service.
  • Collaborate with other department leaders to align procedures.
  • Oversee installation department special projects.
  • Conduct employee performance reviews.

What we are looking for:

  • High school Diploma College
  • College courses in business management, leadership and accounting helpful
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in installation and/ or Service, or equivalent 
  • mechanical/electrical outside experience
  • Have proven leadership abilities
  • Possess strong customer service skills: ability to professionally represent WASH 
  • to owners, managers & customers
  • Command excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Valid driver license required 
  • Some travel required
