RegularThe ideal candidate has practical experience with healthcare revenue cycle analytics, including claims processing, claim edits, denials analysis, and revenue cycle workflows. Familiarity with HFMA key performance indicators and experience supporting denial trends, root cause reporting, and quality metrics are preferred. The candidate should be able to interpret financial and operational data and translate findings into actionable insights for finance and revenue cycle stakeholders. Strong working knowledge SQL is required, including the ability to write and maintain moderately complex queries to support reporting and analysis. Experience validating data, reconciling results to source systems, and identifying data quality issues in claims and financial datasets is expected. Proficiency with Power BI is required, including building and maintaining clear visualizations and reports for finance and revenue cycle users as well as working with semantic models and DAX measures. The successful candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, effective time management, and the ability to handle multiple requests concurrently. Clear communication skills and experience collaborating with finance, revenue cycle, and IT partners in a healthcare environment are essential
