The Residential Specialist position is essential in providing direct and supportive care to clients/patients, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment. We're seeking individuals who possess empathy, strong communication skills, and the ability to intervene effectively during crises. This role is rewarding, as you'll provide oversight, health monitoring, and facilitate positive client engagement.
