Job Summary: 
As a Women's Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting families during critical times, making a meaningful impact by collaborating with various stakeholders. This position involves working closely with referral sources and family advocates to develop tailored plans that meet the specific needs of families. We are seeking compassionate individuals with strong interpersonal skills, effective communication abilities, and a passion for improving the lives of others. In this role, you will coordinate services and maintain open lines of communication with families and advocates, ensuring timely referrals and comprehensive support. Your responsibilities will also include thorough documentation of client interactions, enabling a streamlined process that adheres to program standards and enhances service delivery.

Key Responsibilities: 
· Collaborate with the Children's Coordinator on new referrals and advocate assignments. 
· Work with Family Peer Advocates to develop a Plan of Safe Care, including newborn crisis assessments. 
· Process referrals and enter client information into the system. 
· Attend TDM, TAPA’s, and court appearances as necessary during the intake process. 
· Adhere to grant workflows for timely contact with referral families. 
· Coordinate with Family Peer Advocates to complete the Informed Consent/Assessment Process and refer families to treatment services. 
· Maintain a tracking system to ensure client participation in treatment services. 
· Complete timely progress notes and manage documentation, ensuring compliance with program requirements. 

  

 

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications: 
· Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required. 
· Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related field is preferred. 
· Experience in substance abuse and child development is preferred. 
· Knowledge of AUD, SUD, Co-occurring disorders, Addiction, and Codependency is preferred. 
· Working knowledge of ASAM standards is preferred. 

  

 

Additional Qualifications: 
· No direct supervision. 
· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with various groups. 
· Self-direction and problem-solving skills are essential. 
· Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required. 
· Ability to adhere to all HIPAA and 42 CFR requirements.
