VCA Sacramento Veterinary Referral Center is hiring a Veterinary Referral Coordinator. This position is responsible for managing referrals from primary care VCA hospitals within the Sacramento area. The role involves working as part of a team that practices veterinary medicine in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
VCA Sacramento Veterinary Referral Center is a multi-specialty and emergency hospital serving the greater Sacramento area. Our hospital is home to a cohesive and experienced team of board-certified specialists, emergency veterinarians, skilled technicians, and compassionate client service professionals.

As a Veterinary Referral Coordinator, you will serve as a vital link between clients, our medical team, and referral partners. You will ensure a seamless, compassionate, and informative experience from pre-visit preparation through post-visit follow-up.
You will also play a vital role in supporting the partnership between our hospital and referring veterinarians by ensuring that medical notes are clearly communicated to the client's primary DVM. Additionally, you will help clients understand their pet’s treatment plans and explain next steps, helping to foster trust and clarity throughout their experience with us.
