Join our compassionate and dedicated team as a Residential Coordinator Assistant, where your role will directly contribute to healing and recovery. You will oversee residential activities, contribute to developing therapeutic environments, and help model positive behavior for clients. In this position, you will assist the Clinical Team in various treatment procedures, ensuring the safety and therapeutic needs of clients/patients are met. The role includes important responsibilities such as supervision, orientation of clients, and documentation of treatment progress, all while fostering a supportive community.
