Total Rewards

As a VCA Associate, eligible full-time employees will be rewarded with a comprehensive package, including: 

Compensation

• Salary is negotiable based on experience, skills, knowledge, abilities and other relevant credentials.  The annual salary range for this position is $105,000 to 150,000. Salary range listed is based on a 40 hour work week.
