Client Service Representative

What You’ll Do:

• Be the friendly, knowledgeable face of our practice

• Greet clients and manage check-ins/check-outs with professionalism and warmth

• Handle phone calls, appointment scheduling, and client communications

• Process payments and maintain accurate records

• Collaborate closely with medical staff to ensure seamless care

• Help maintain a calm and organized front office environment—even on the busiest days!

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a veterinary or medical reception role

• Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service

• Proficiency with veterinary practice software

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Team-oriented, dependable, and compassionate

Compensation Range:

$17.00-$18.00 per hour based on experience
