Job Title: Co-Responder
Location: Independence, MO
Department: Crisis Services
Employment Type: Full-time
Shift: Monday- Friday 5pm-1am
Job Summary:
Join our compassionate team dedicated to making a difference in the lives of individuals experiencing crises. In alignment with our agency's mission, vision, values, and goals, you will partner with the Independence Police Department to provide essential crisis intervention. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, maintains professionalism under stress, and is committed to connecting individuals with behavioral health treatment.
As a Co-Responder, you will have the opportunity to engage directly with those in need, facilitating access to resources and support while ensuring their safety and well-being. Your role will help navigate the complexities of behavioral health care, paving the way for continuity of care within our community.
