This role is accountable for the clinical program strategy and operational design inputs to deliver assigned programs.
As a key leadership member of the Global Project Team, you will engage with and influence collaborators both within and outside of AstraZeneca.
Accountabilities:
In collaboration with the Medical Science Director, you will be accountable for the clinical program strategy, including innovative approaches to delivery, e.g., new delivery platforms and technology to ensure patient engagement, recruitment and retention. You will be in charge of planning, directing and delivering the operational components of assigned clinical programs from design concept to final CSR.
You will lead discussions with external entities including regulatory agencies, preferred partners/suppliers and external collaborators. You will also be accountable for the acquisition of clinical trial data from internal and external sources.

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $ 221,925 - 332,888 USD. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
