Our 2-year Local Graduate Rotational Program is designed to help recent graduates gain broad exposure to our business, build meaningful connections, and develop the skills needed to thrive in the energy industry.

This program is built on three pillars:

• Exposure to different teams and departments
• Experience through hands-on projects
• Engagement with peers, mentors, and leaders

What You’ll Do

As a participant, you’ll rotate through three different roles over two years (each lasting 6–9 months), gaining insight into various aspects of our business. You’ll work on real projects that impact our communities and help deliver safe, reliable energy.

Rotations may include:

• Business operations
• Project coordination
• Regulatory and compliance support
• Customer experience
• Process improvement initiatives

You’ll also benefit from:

• Mentorship from experienced professionals

Who Should Apply

We welcome applicants from a variety of academic backgrounds who are eager to learn, grow, and make a difference. You do not need a technical or engineering degree to apply.

The next cohort will start in July 2026.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field (Business, Communications, Public Policy, Environmental Studies, etc.)
• GPA of 3.2 or higher
• Internship or co-op experience (Avangrid internship is a plus)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Interest in energy, sustainability, or infrastructure
• Willingness to relocate for rotational assignments
• U.S. work authorization is required/Legally authorized to work in the United States without the requirement for future sponsorship
